In creating Zen Yen we were looking for a blend of essential oils that would help promote a sense of tranquility and ease.  To that end we combined bergamot mint with clary sage and geranium.  This (inner) eye-opening, mood-uplifting blend is perfectly partnered with a concentrated green tea infusion that provides a strong anti-oxidant wash to the skin.  Gently cleansing and full of nourishing base oils including tea seed oil, inside and out, you’ll find this to be a wonderfully clarifying soap.

Unrepentant Rose is a soap you’ll never regret using.  A beautiful pink color and coated with rose petals, it is made from quenching, nourishing base oils and scented  with an essential oil blend of rose, geranium and jasmine that help to balance and rejuvenate the skin while helping to alleviate feelings of stress and depression.  This essential oil blend is a wonderful tonic for the heart chakra – open your heart, you won’t be sorry!

We admit our foody-ism tends to creep into our soap-making, so no surprise that we decided we had to make a soap that gave homage to our favorite cup of winter tea, steaming, hot chai.  Our Spicy Chai soap is made with a strong infusion of chai and black teas to which we add big dollops of golden Oregon honey, known for its healing and moisturizing properties.  Cardamom, cinnamon, cassia, clove and black pepper essential oils blend to create a warming, transporting aroma to help lighten these dark, wintry nights.
