RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICIES
We strive for the highest quality of product and excellent customer service. We hope that you are silly-happy with your orders, and that you’d never-ever want to return an item. However, we certainly understand this can’t happen 100% of the time.
We have a NO REFUND/EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY.
All requests must be made within 7 days from the date you received your order, and they must be approved by us.
All of our soaps are handcrafted. Size, shape, color and aroma may differ slightly from batch to batch, as our raw materials can vary from source to source.
If you are unhappy with a product, we are glad to exchange it for you, provided you pay the shipping fee.
All Sale items are final, and are not eligible for an exchange.
We ship our orders using UPS and USPS.
All shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping charges for exchanges.
If you have special instructions for shipping, please clearly indicate so on your order. We are not liable for orders you do not receive due to special instructions that have not been clearly communicated to us, or due to an incorrect address you provided.
We take great care in hand-packing your orders. If a product is damaged during shipping, we are not liable for it. Please contact us and your mail provider to start a claim with them.
ALLERGIC REACTIONS POLICY
We are not liable for ANY allergic reaction you believe may have been caused by one of our products.
All our ingredients are clearly listed on the back of all of our products. Please read the list very carefully prior to using the product. If you have a known allergy to an ingredient, do not use the product. If you are concerned about an unknown allergy you might have, first test the product on a small patch of skin. Wait 24 hours. If any unpleasant reaction occurs, do not use the product.
All claims regarding medicinal benefits from our soaps are based on a well documented legacy of benefits of the herbs and essential oils we use, and is common knowledge.
