In our gardens it bursts with yellow-orange light, radiating its healing heart, hardily filling gaps between other plants and dropping its curved tan seeds for another year's bountiful harvest. As a skin care agent, calendula has few equals. It heals abrasions, moisturizes, reduces scarring, and soothes inflammations and chapped skin. Our Calendula Sun Soap combines an infusion of organic calendula with quenching base oils and a skin rebalancing and rejuvenating essential oil blend of geranium, sweet orange and clove. The organic walnut husk powder we use to color this soap is rich in tannins and can help heal mild cases of eczema and dermatitis while the addition of green clay is useful in absorbing surface oils. We recommend this soap for people with normal to oily skin, those with eczema and for those of you who have wandered too far from your soul's home.Â

Vetiver Clove Soap: A wonderful soap to use after a hard day of work, Vetiver Clove's earthy, grounding aroma comes from a blend of clove, vetiver & sweet orange essential oils. We've added organic, gluten free oats to revitalize, condition and gently exfoliate the skin and put in a swirl of organic walnut husk powder. Rich in tannins, walnut husk powder helps to combat mild eczema or other inflammatory conditions including acne and psoriasis. You've worked hard. Now it's time to rest and repair.

Soft & Tender Soap: One of our buyers asked us to develop a soap for the more delicate areas of the body. After careful research we formulated this soap, which combines a very high level of free oils in the soap (10%) with herbal infusions of calendula, chamomile and marshmallow. 10% super-fatting means this soap has a lot of extra (unbound) oils which makes it very gentle and very moisturizing. The organic herbs we infuse into the soap bring their amazing therapeutics into the mix... calendula is anti-yeast as well as being an overall healing powerhouse, chamomile is extraordinarily skin-soothing while marshmallow is soothing, humectant and supportive of mucosal tissue. Lightly scented with palmarosa, balsam peru and sweet orange essential oils, this soap is softly supportive of your delicate self.

Rosemary Nettle Shampoo: Rosemary is an excellent tonic for hair and scalp which helps to strengthen the hair, stimulate the follicles and combat dry and flaky scalps, thus helping to reduce dandruff. It is also reputed to work against hair loss and greying. Nettles are prized for their health benefits when taken internally or used externally. In hair care, nettles help to combat dandruff, scalp pimples, scalp eczema and hair loss. High in vitamins and minerals, nettles help to gently support hair regrowth.
To use, just wet your hair, rub all over with the bar until a lather forms, put the bar aside and scrub as you like. Rinse well and then condition as needed.Â
Black Beauty Soap: Facial soap with detoxifying activated charcoal binds to toxins, dirt and grime deep cleaning the pores and surface of the skin. The kaolin clay swirls help absorb surface oils and condition the skin, making it also an excellent anti-acne soap. We augment this soap's detoxifying properties with an essential oil blend of juniper berry, clary sage, lemongrass and gingergrass which help rebalance the skin, clear and tone pores and energize skin and psyche. This soap leaves the skin feeling silky smooth and is not at all drying. Beautiful indeed!

Argan Oil Milk and Honey: Argan oil, aka Liquid Gold, provides profound skin care benefits. Protein rich, full of anti-oxidants and carotenoids, it boosts the skin's elasticity, protects against premature aging and reduces skin irritations. The fresh goat's milk we use provides deep nourishment and moisturizing, while its alpha hydroxyl acids help the skin to shed its top layer of dead cells. For added benefit, we use local honey which acts as a humectant, attracting moisture to the skin as well as promoting gentle healing. We don't believe enough is ever really enough and so have added a restorative and regenerative essential oil blend to balance, soothe and restore the skin.
