In Native American traditions, the person cups her/his hands over the smoke, takes the smoke within her hands and washes their whole body with it from head to toe. What a beautiful ritual. The kit includes: 

1 x Stress Less Soap (4 oz): an oasis of aromatherapeutic tranquility, blends stress-reducing, calming essential oils with moisturizing and nourishing base oils to produce serenity inside and out. Made from olive, coconut, RSPO-certified palm & apricot kernel oils; organic  root; Camamu soap chunks; organic lavender buds, corn flower petals, and essential oils of lavender and clary sage. 

1 x Stress Less Oil Perfume (8.5 ml): a blend of essential oils in organic apricot kernel oil. Fresh, clean, herbaceous, floral, calming and mood up-lifting.  

1 x Sage Smudge Stick: California White Sage gathered from the mountains. 4" long. Can be used to purify places, objects & people, or just to enjoy its sweet herbaceous scent. 

Will be available Mid March until June 1.  Then it goes on a break until it cools down in the late Fall. ;-).

This luxurious body scrub is made with coconut butter, sweet almond oil, red raspberry seeds and orange peel powder and scented with a blend of orange, tangerine and vanilla essential oils. It is loaded with anti-oxidants, will gently exfoliate, stimulate blood flow, balance, tone, deeply moisturize and condition your skin. Not to mention its delightful and mood-uplifting scent! You will emerge from your shower rejuvenated and glowing. 

How to use: Do not use on face. Use 1-2 times/week. Do not over-exfoliate. Apply in the shower to warm, wet skin. Gently massage onto skin in circular motion. Rinse very well. Dry off with towel & follow with moisturizer.
