At Camamu, we’re committed to crafting products with car for both you and the planet. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If there’s ever an issue, please reach out—we’ll do our best to make it right.
Since all our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns. Refunds are available only for items that are defective, damaged, or missing from your order. For missing or damaged items, please provide a photo within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, natural variations in scent, color, or texture are expected and do not qualify for refunds.
If you experience a quality or performance concern with any product, please contact us within 7 days. We may offer store credit or a discount toward a future order, with the customer covering shipping costs.
Once your order is shipped, it’s in the hands of the carrier, and we rely on their service to get it to you safely. Here’s what to do if there are delivery issues:
- Items Marked as “Delivered”: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier. Once marked delivered, responsibility shifts to the customer, and we can’t file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
- Packages Lost in Transit: If your order hasn’t been marked as delivered and appears to be lost, please contact the carrier for more information. If they confirm it’s untraceable, we may offer a discounted replacement or store credit, with the customer covering replacement shipping.
Allergic Reactions
We’re fully transparent with our ingredients and recommend a patch test for those with allergy concerns.
- Check Ingredients: All ingredients are listed on our packaging, so please review carefully.
- Patch Test: Apply a small amount to a patch of skin and wait 24 hours. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
