Once your order is shipped, it’s in the hands of the carrier, and we rely on their service to get it to you safely. Here’s what to do if there are delivery issues:

  • Items Marked as “Delivered”: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier. Once marked delivered, responsibility shifts to the customer, and we can’t file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
  • Packages Lost in Transit: If your order hasn’t been marked as delivered and appears to be lost, please contact the carrier for more information. If they confirm it’s untraceable, we may offer a discounted replacement or store credit, with the customer covering replacement shipping.
