Camamu Soap

I discovered this shampoo bar at the Davis Co-op and I’m on my 6th bar with an order for 3 more placed today! Each bar will last me about a month and I wash my hair every other day. It’s a really nice light scent and it has a slight pleasant tingle on your scalp. My favorite thing though is how soft and lifted my roots feel when my hair is dried, it gets you clean without stripping you dry or leaving waxy residue. My ends even feel softer after using this. It comes in a cute and simple wax paper packaging and I think it’s reasonably priced for the ingredients used. I really appreciate the eco friendly touches. Out of five stars, I would give it a million.

I have been buying this soap for years, and never left a review. You cannot go wrong with this soap. The scent takes me somewhere that I have been before, but just don't remember. Maybe a past life? It is enchanting, and a welcomed relief at the end of a hard day.

I am 78 years old and have shoulder-length brown and grey hair, which was once fine and straight but which is thick and wavy and shiny with Camamu Happy Hair shampoo. I've been using it for a couple of years and it never fails. Because I live in low income senior housing where the post office throws any packages that it cannot fit into our boxes on the floor of the lobby where they are immediately stolen, I can only order one bar at a time or I would stock up on a year's supply! Thanks for making such a wonderful product and for the loving notes you attach to my orders.

I love the neem oil shampoo bar! It lathers amazingly and works great in my hair type.

It's so gentle, I use it to clean doggie bowls, marble countertops, wooden cutting boards, air fryer basket ( if I clean it with regular dish soap, it's prone to rust - ruined one that way!), and more. It really does work on everything

I admit that using a BAR to wash my very long hair was a bit awkward but the results were amazing! I live in the Calif. desert and my hair is always dry. The Burdock Shampoo left it clean, and has helped with the hair loss I was experiencing from the symptoms of Long Covid. A friend, who uses your products, told me about them and I'm so glad I listened to her. I followed the Burdock Shampoo with the suggested conditioning BAR and the combined result was amazing!! You have a new customer!!!!

I was honestly a bit doubtful regarding the use of a BAR format to condition my naturally dry hair. Although the use of a BAR is awkward and unfamiliar, I decided to follow the application instructions and have a positive attitude regarding the outcome. I was VERY pleasantly surprised at the result! my very long hair was completely detangled, soft, very manageable and easy to style!! I'll get used to the BAR method very soon!! I'm delighted with the result of this product! BTW, I live in Palm Springs, Calif. where dry hair is a way of life and this product fits right in to my hair care routine!!
